How do I know what storage unit size I need?

When choosing the right storage unit for you, it is important to think about the number of items you will need storage for and the types of items you will be storing. Generally, if you are only storing a few boxes or several small items, our 5×5 unit is the best choice. If you are storing for a small home, we suggest renting a 10×15 storage unit, and our 10×30 unit is perfect for anyone needing storage for a large home. Renting and Paying for a Storage Unit

What do I need to bring to rent a storage unit?

Prior to renting a self storage unit, you will need to provide a valid driver’s license, as well as proof of insurance (you can provide your own or purchase it at your facility). Additional fees and charges may apply.

How do I rent a storage unit?

You can rent your storage unit one of three ways at our facilities. You can visit the facility you will be renting from, give them a call, or rent your unit online.

How do I pay for my storage unit?

Paying for your storage unit each month has never been easier with our online payment feature. Simply log in to your account on your desktop or mobile device and enter your payment information each month.

Do you offer autopay at your facilities?

Yes, we do. Sign up for our autopay feature and sit back and relax each month knowing your payment is automatically being drafted from your account.

When can I access my storage unit?

Access hours depend on the storage facility. However, we do offer 24/7 access at select facilities to make sure you can access your storage unit without changing your schedule.

Is there anything I’m not allowed to store?

You are prohibited from storing flammable liquids, explosives, firearms, flammable materials, toxic materials, and anything that is perishable. Please refer to your lease agreement for the full list of items not allowed in one of our storage units.
